Recipes - Tamarind chutney
Tamarind chutney is eaten in many parts of South Asia, particularly in the south. It is delicious eaten with snacks such as samosa and pakora. Serves 6.
Ingredients
4 tablespoons tamarind paste
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoon salt
2 green chillies (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon ground cumin seeds

Instructions
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
